Helloooo!!
It's Thanksgiving in 5 days. Can you believe it? It seems like once Thanksgiving comes then Christmas is upon us. (Then the New Year, and then...life just keeps going on.... Bah Humbug!!! 😖)
Really, I am in the Holiday mood 😊 and really looking forward to celebrating this year. I am trying very hard to stay present for each day and to enjoy every moment that each day brings - the good, the bad and the ugly that life offers. For if it were not for the dark, how can I truly appreciate the light.
Life has been good these days and a lot less "complicated" than it has been in the past years. For this I give God the glory, for He is good, really good!! I don't think I could have made it through the tough years if it were not for my faith. He has carried me through some of the worst days and has brought some light back into life. Thank you Jesus!!
And... He is the Reason for the Season!
I hope that each of you will take time to live in the present and enjoy each day, not worrying about what tomorrow holds, or what the past has brought - just be content in the now.
That is a true gift of life.
I have a Two Paper Diva's card to share with you. I made this card and included it in one of my classes. For some strange reason ..I am really liking jingle bells and when I saw this stamp that the Diva's made, I knew I would have to have it.
I used the new Bo Bunny line called Candy Cane Lane. The colors are not traditional Christmas colors, but nevertheless, I love them, and perfect for the jungle bell stamp.
I stamped the image three times on three different colors. I then cut the gray bells out individually and glued them to the pink stamped image, curling up the ends to create dimension.
I used the stamp called Jingle All The Way.
As I said earlier, this card is part of the Shabby Pocket card class that is next week. Here are some more pictures of the class.
Have a wonderful day!!!
