Here are the Shabby Vintage cards for my November class at Remember This.  The line of paper is from Crate Paper - one of my favorite companies.  The papers have such a vintage feel to them.  The ornament card is my favorite.  It was so much fun playing with the ornament die and stamp set from My Favorite Things.  When I first saw this set I wasn't too interested in it, but after playing with it I was hooked.  The mason jar image is one of Two Paper Diva's new stamps sets made for Remember This. These stamps have been so popular and hard to keep in stock.  I think my favorites so far are the mason jars and the seed packet sets.  Love Love Love every one of them though.  AND... I am one of the  designers for Two Paper Diva's.  I feel honored!

Aren't these cards cute?  I have one more to make for the class.  What should I do??  Well, I'm going to sleep on it and turn in for the night.  Hope you have a wonderful night.  God's Blessings to you!

I sit here in my bedroom listening to all the bustle in the house, the talking and laughter of the kids and Brad as they clean up the kitchen after dinner and pie.  Sometimes it is easy to forget how wonderful those sounds are.  I often have to stop myself and think what life would be like without all the commotion of a large family.  I live for those kids, my husband - my family.  They are my life and I love them dearly.  I need to remember to stay present in each moment of each day.  I don't want to miss a chance of a memory.  As I get older I cling harder and faster to my precious family.

It has been nearly a month since my last posting.  Time passes so fast these days - I can barely keep up.  Remember This has been open eight months now and we are still having so much fun.  Today was our  Fall Open House - lots of fun had by all.  It was busy, yet relaxing in a weird sort of way.  I really enjoy visiting with our customers that shop with us.  It has been such a pleasure getting to know them, sharing ideas, crafty projects and life stories.  Many of them have become my friends.  I am blessed to have such a wonderful job, great friends and family.  I have much to be thankful for.

This altered spool was part of September's Lifestyle Club.  The spool was covered with muslin and adorned with Prima flowers.  The image was stamped on the muslin using a dye ink.  Melissa's husband Tim made the wire photo holder that was hot glued to the inside of the spool. I think this shabby chic spool was everybody's favorite.

These next three Christmas tags are for my upcoming Technique Tuesday class.  They are Tim Holtz inspired.  I really love getting inky and messy with different mediums.  It is really relaxing and I can get lost for hours just playing around.

These Believe Blocks were soooo much fun creating.  They are beautiful, shimmery, glittery and snowy white.  We have over 30 people signed up for this class already.  We decided to add another date and time so more people could get in on the fun.  These pictures do not do it justice.  You have to see it in person to appreciate the beauty.

These are three of the four shabby chic cards that were for my Shabby Vintage card class.  I really had fun getting glittery making these.  My next Shabby Vintage class is REALLY cute.  I will post pictures soon.
